Chris Plumley Channel 4 Dispatches new film How Power Corrupts.

The film exposes institutional Police Corruption at City of London Police at senior level.

The film questions why officers from the Counter Terrorism Directorate made misleading statements in court under oath and the questionable relationship between City of London Police and elite global security giant Kroll.

The same Kroll whom effectively took control and lead COLP Counter Terrorism Directorate ‘Operation BOHAN’, an operation costing over £1,000,000 to censor Ian Puddicks website – www.policeexpenses.co.uk

The film will show documents used in court which name senior officers at City of London Police whom were only to happy to comply with Kroll’s requests to silence Ian Puddick.

Michael Wolkind QC interviewed for the film confirmed that Police Corruption is an issue that is rarely reported and that the public are not aware of how the Police behave in court.

Asked by Chris Plumley if in this case it was just a few bad apples spoiling the barrel, Michael Wolkind QC replied ‘it was a matter of looking in the barrel for a good apple’.

Detective Constable Colin Dawson Counter Terrorism Directorate told Ian, Operation BOHAN was instigated and managed at the very top of City of London Police

Police Corruption

Detective Sergeant John Christopher Ellis City of London Police Counter Terrorism Directorate told the court under oath that he found Class A Crack Cocaine/Paraphernalia throughout the property during a search of Ian’s property there were approx 14 other officers involved in the search.

However Sergeant Ellis when questioned on the matter, said that he forgot to confiscate the Cocaine/ Paraphernalia.

He (Detective Sergeant John Christopher Ellis) didn’t mention it to the other officers whom were with him, he didn’t make a note of it in his note book, nor did he tell his boss. He just remembered the finding the drugs cache whilst in court.

I agree this police force is institutional corrupt from top to bottom. There isn’t one honest police officer in this corrupt police force. The police officers fabricate evidence, fail to investigate and its corrupt PSD unit seek to cover up corruption. The local CPS until that works with this corrupt police also seeks to cover up police corruption.

If Ellis has found cocaine, why than was Ian charged with harrssment and not possession of class A drugs. Deriliction of duty, and IPPC find Ian’s complaint unsubstainiated.
The same COLP internal letter from the SFO, that I am a victim of fraud cannot find any wrongdoing by the perpetrators and like Ian complaint the IPPC dismissed my complaint.
Alll these institutions are installed to appease the public and give the EU the impression that we in the UK are abiding by the EU directives and nothing more.
Ian you are lucky that you have met the PM. He knows of the abuse of power. I my case a high court judge has made a void order and 50 odd judges have given effect to it stripping me of my livhood, 30 thousand hours of research and litigation and theft of £1.4 M. The PM and Attorney Generals office and my MP know about it, but they fob you off.
As usual when ever they some of their activities are exposed they conduct Stalin type of show investigations but no one is ever brought to justice. There will be a one or two resignations.
Should you require proff of COLP’s complicity in my case perhaps to bolsten yours pls contact me

Ian you did a courageous act and stood up to them. Their mistake was to get a police involved and that public bodies activities were somewhat exposed in the mainstream media.
I can totally empathise with what they put you through. They were hell bent to silence you at the behest of their friends so that you would back off. Since harassment can be both civil/criminal, these $£$£ chose the disproportionate means to cause havoc and terrorise you. Since harassment can be both civil / criminal, they chose the disproportionate means to silence you with a threat of imprisonment and were completely wrong to prosecute you.
Unfortunately for them you stood up to them and managed to get people notice your efforts and even the mainstream media showed some interest. Good for you.
If it was harassment the purported victim could as easily have obtained an injunction but that would have meant dragging their company’s name into the spotlight, which they could ill afford.
However, just to let you know, there are 100’s of complaints made to them of bigger crimes where the big boys are involved and they just sweep those under the carpet. That too is abuse of power, but that which is never reported
So this corruption in endemic and abuse of power by not only the police but those in high positions in society goes unchecked. What we need is a police force whose integrity is beyond reproach and a totally independent judiciary then government and those it governs live in harmony bar a few instances of infractions.
